We are a reader’s window onto other people’s journalism. Here is exactly where our stories come from, what we show, who owns it, and how to reach us if something is wrong.

Every story names its publisher, credits its image and links back to the original page.
Sources & attribution
Local2GlobalDaily does not write news. All stories come from the publishers below, through the public RSS feeds they provide for syndication. Each publisher’s own terms apply to its content, and we link to them so you can read them yourself.

How we use content
- Excerpts only. We display the headline and a short summary exactly as the publisher’s feed provides it. Summaries are truncated and never replace reading the article.
- Clear credit. The publisher’s name appears on every card, on every image (“Image: …”) and in every story pop-up.
- Click-through. Every story links to the original page on the publisher’s own website, which opens in a new tab. That is where the full article, its images, its advertising and its subscription options live.
- No alteration. We don’t rewrite headlines, remove bylines, add commentary that could be mistaken for the publisher’s, or use the content to train AI systems.
- Images are not copied. Thumbnails are loaded directly from the publisher’s servers; we do not store or re-host them.
- Respect for requests. If a publisher or rights-holder asks us to stop, we stop – see Takedown requests.
Copyright & trademarks
All news headlines, summaries, photographs, graphics, names, logos and trademarks displayed on Local2GlobalDaily belong to their respective owners – the publishers named above or the agencies and photographers they credit. They are shown solely to identify and credit the source and to direct readers to it.
Nothing on this site transfers any right in that material to you or to us. If you want to republish, sell or otherwise reuse a story, headline or image, please ask the publisher that owns it – not us.
Takedown & rights-holder requests
We take intellectual-property rights seriously. If you own or represent the rights to something shown here and want it removed, corrected or credited differently, write to contact and we will act within 2 business days.
To help us act quickly, please include:
- Your name, organisation and a way to contact you.
- A description of the work you say is affected, and a link to the original.
- The place on Local2GlobalDaily where it appears (page link, category and headline).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

- Local2GlobalDaily is an information service. We do not verify, edit or take responsibility for what publishers report; views and facts are those of the publishers and their authors.

Privacy
- No accounts, no tracking. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
- Stored in your browser. To load faster, your browser keeps a temporary copy of recent headlines and your light/dark choice (
localStorage). It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time. - Fonts. Text is set in open-source fonts loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- News feeds. Our server fetches publisher feeds for you, so publishers see our server – not your address. If our server is unavailable, your browser may use the public rss2json.com service as a fallback.
- Publisher sites. When you open a full story you leave this site; that publisher’s privacy policy applies.
- Server logs. Our hosting may keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, page) for security and are deleted on a regular schedule.

The design, layout, illustrations, animations and code of Local2GlobalDaily are original work, © Local2GlobalDaily. They contain no stock photography or third-party artwork. The typefaces Newsreader and Instrument Sans are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
